Talbott artwork wins award
at Kentucky State Fair

The 2011 Kentucky State Fair found an Albany native’s artwork worthy of a Second Place Premium Award. Jeanne Talbott was recognized for her painting,”Blind Faces” shown here, which she entered as an Expressionistic oil on canvas. Jeanne completed the painting during an art study while enrolled at Tennessee Tech University where she is pursuing her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
