John Danny Tallent, 75, Albany, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018. He was the son of the late Doc and Reba (Cummings) Tallent. He was also preceded in death by six siblings, Bobby Ray, Benny (J.D.), Guy Warren, Joe David, and Aaron Oakley Tallent and Ida Maude Thrasher.

He is survived by two brothers, Gary (Arissa) and Wendell (Sylvia) Tallent; a sister, Ina (Rob) Tallent; three daughters, Tammy Fish, Terri (Jimmy) Berry and Tina (Tony) MacLennan; step-children, Lori (Steve) Mirabole and Robin (Wayne) Shelton; also 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Weldon Haddix Funeral Home with Bro. Harvey Dicken and Ronnie Bernard officiating. Final resting place in Cave Springs Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Diabetes Foundation. Arrangements were made through Weldon Haddix Funeral Home of Albany.
