Robert Lee Hancock, 74, Monticello, Kentucky, passed away Friday, August 26, 2011 at his home. He was the son of the late George and Molly (Neal) Hancock and was also preceded in death by a son, a brother and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ada (Stinson) Hancock; two daughters, Melinda (Lloyd) Jones and Lora (Phillip) Massengale; two grandchildren, Stephen Jones and Jeremiah Massengale and two great-grandchildren, Isaiah Massengale and Mason Jones.

Funeral services were held Monday, August 29, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home in Monticello with Bro. Daniel Richardson and Bro. Bill Sloan officiating. Final resting place in Elk Spring Cemetery. Arrangements made through Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home of Monticello.
