Samuel Omer Dyer, 61, Albany, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Claudia Omer and Ina Mae Dyer.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa H. Dyer; two daughters, Katherine Tuggle and Sammie (Jamie) Herald, Albany; a brother, John L. and wife Georgia Dyer, Burkesville, Kentucky; and four grandchildren, Jessie Tuggle, Kayla Brown, Brylan and Samson Herald.

Funeral services were held Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Brown officiating. Final resting place in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements were made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
