Frances D. Vincent, 93, New Castle, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 in New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Verlie (Stearns) Dickerson and was also preceded in death by her husband, Willie E. Vincent and a brother, John. Q. Dickerson.

She is survived by a son, David E. “Eddie” (Barbara) Vincent, New Castle, IN; four sisters, Iva Lee Summers and Lena Mae Dickerson, both of Albany; Elizabeth (Sam) Saunders, Columbia, Kentucky; Virginia Burke, Florida; two brothers, Cordell (Mattielou) Dickerson, Albany; James (Mary) Dickerson, Paris, Kentucky; also several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 5, 2018 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with a graveside service Saturday, October 6 at 2 p.m. at Grider Hill Cemetery in Clinton County. Online condolences may be made at www.hinsey-brown.com.
