Last weekend, Karly Rains of Albany represented the Clinton County Fair in the Kentucky Fair and Horse Show Association’s Miss Pre-Teen County Fair Pageant. Karly competed against 71 other county fair participants and was crowned the 2018 Miss Pre-teen Kentucky County Fair.

Karly is the 10 year old daughter of Michael and Megan Rains and the sister of Kamryn Rains, all of Albany.
