One of the best crowd pleasing concerts in Foothills Festival history was this year’s Friday night appearance by Exile, with a stop on their 55th Anniversary No Limit Tour. The concert, billed as a tribute to long-time Foothills Planning Committee Member Jerry Perdue, who died last year, filled the street in front of the stage with fans young and old(er). Although rain threatened the event with showers across the region, the area stayed dry until Friday night’s concert had concluded.
