Christell M. Curry 85, of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

She retired from International Harvester. She was a faithful member of The Southeast Christian Church as well as a longtime member of Woodhaven Country Club.

She is survived by one brother, Harold McWhorter of Albany, Kentucky, five step-children, several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Many nieces, nephews, and loyal friends.

Among those preceding her in death are her parents, Grover and Dora (Carter) McWhorter of Albany, Kentucky, sister, Hattie L. (McWhorter) Thrasher, brothers, Oscar McWhorter, Ralph McWhorter, Glenn McWhorter, Fred McWhorter, Lloyd McWhorter, Reed McWhorter, husband Edward Meeks, and husband, Leonard Curry.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a funeral ceremony at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at Southeast Christian Church. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
