South Kentucky RECC Manager of Marketing and Member Services Alan Coffey recently presented Clinton County High School Kentucky Rural Electric Washington Youth Tour student Emma McClellan with a framed cover of Kentucky Living magazine on which she appeared. The September, 2018, issue featured the 15 students that South Kentucky RECC took on the all-expense paid, one week trip to Washington, D. C. this past summer.
