What’s new at the Clinton County Public Library:

The Help by Kathryn Stockett; The Ideal Man by Julie Garwood; Now You See Her by James Patterson; Smokin’ Seventeen by Janet Evanovich; Against All Enemies by Tom Clancy; A Stolen Life by Jaycee Dugard; The Greater Journey by David McCullough; SEAL Team Six by Howard E. Wasdin; In the Garden of Beasts by Erik Larson; Through My Eyes by Tim Tebow.

The library will be hosting Job Search Classes. Patrons will be helped in the areas of creating email accounts, preparing resumes and how to conduct job searches on the internet. Please call the library at 387-5989 to sign up. The classes will be on Tuesdays at 5 p.m. for the next six weeks. We will have only six in each class. We are also having basic computer classes on Wednesdays from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. This would be for the general public. Please call the library to sign up.

During the month of August, the library checked out 4,873 books. We also checked out 744 magazines.
