She is survived by, her parents, Kevin and Korinne Cooper Moons; a brother, Dawson Moons; paternal grandfather, Darrell Moons; paternal grandmother, Josie Franklin Moons; maternal grandparents, Todd and Heather Cash; maternal great-grandparents, Randy and Pam Cooper, Larry and Sandy Cash, all of Burkesville, Kentucky.

The funeral service for Avery Jade Moons was conducted on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville, Kentucky. Burial will be in the Bow School House Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky.
