The Clinton County 4-H County Speech/Demonstration event is set for April 18, 2019, at the Clinton County Middle School, starting at 4:30. Winners should have received a letter of notification recently. Parents need to call an register their 4-Her by March 29, 2019 at our contact number (606)-387-5404.

Parents need to make sure their speech participant has their notecards and dress appropriately for competition that night. Parents be prepared to stay with your child. We are excited for all who are about to participate and wish everyone the best.
