James Anthony “Tony” Agee, 56, N. Hwy. 127, Albany, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Clinton County Hospital. He was a member of Mt. Union Christian Church, son of the late J.P. and Janette Agee and grandson of the late Lolan and Madru Morrison.

He is survived by his wife, Gay Thomas Agee, Albany; three step-grandchildren, Gage, Jasmine and Nevaeh. Also an aunt and uncle, Margaret Dean and Joe Mims; a cousin, Ernie Agee, all of Lexington, KY; a great-aunt, Arlee Luttrell, Albany; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 1, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Mt. Union Christian Church with Bro. Harlan Ogle officiating. Final resting place in Hilltop Cemetery. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
