• I would like to recognize and thank all our local Veterans for their service to our county and our nation.

• I would like to highlight some job opportunities in our county. Keystone Foods is now hiring all shifts, also Foothills Academy.

• Our Spring Pride cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, April 13, we would like to encourage and challenge everyone to participate. You can sign up Saturday morning on April 13 at Clinton County Courthouse at 8:00 am or Dale Hollow State Park at 9:00 am at the picnic area. We will have free lunch and door prizes for those who participate.

We have a Tire Amnesty scheduled for April 25, 26, and 27 at the State Highway Department

• Our road department has been very busy cutting back the sides of roads as well as taking care of other road issues.

• Our recycling center is staying busy and helping our local citizens with their recycling needs.

• Our inmates are busy picking up litter on our county roads thanks to our jailer and his staff.

• EMS just completed its annual inspection with no noted deficiencies. Clinton County Fiscal Court just purchased three Power Lift Cots which is a great benefit and asset to our EMS employees. We want to encourage our local people to enroll in an EMT program. It can be a rewarding profession.

• I would like to encourage everyone to visit our Tri- County Animal Shelter and take a furry friend home with you.

• In closing, I want to recognize and thank all our local boards for their time and commitment in serving our county.

Respectfully Submitted,

Ricky L. Craig
