Judy Polston Nelson, 56, of Albany, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was the wife of the late Phillip Nelson and a member of the Concord United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her mother, Flonnie Polston Tapley, and one daughter, Tess Nelson, both of Albany.

Also surviving are her siblings; Lana Tapley Fulton of Burkesville, Kentucky, Bell Jones, Lois Jones and Lisa Walker all of Albany; one step-brother, David Tapley, of Albany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Saturday, April 13, at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. David Stearns and Bro. Greg Wells officiating. Burial was in the Craig Cemetery. Arrangements by the Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
