Tessa, Chris and Emilee Owens are proud to announce the birth of their baby brother, Clayton Ray Owens. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 3/4 inches long. He was born at Livingston Regional Hospital at 11:27 p.m. on September 12, 2011. Proud parents are Bobby and Shonda Owens.
