Albany Mayor Lyle Pierce and Clinton County Judge/Executive Ricky Craig signed a proclamation to declare the week of May 12 to May 18, 2019, as National Nursing Home Week and adopt the theme “Live Soulfully” as a way of celebrating with vigor and good times as one way to honor all citizens who reside at Clinton County Care and Rehabilitation Center.
