Christina Collins, a 2019 graduate from Clinton County High School, was selected by Western Kentucky University as the recipient of the Perry Cross Scholarship. Christina is the daughter of Ricky and Charlotte Collins.

The Perry Cross Scholarship was established in 1993 through a perpetual trust within the College Heights Foundation by the family and friends of Perry M. Cross. Western Kentucky University annually selects and awards the scholarship to one Clinton County High School graduate
