Junior Cecil, 4-H Youth Development Agent for the Clinton County Extension Office, took advantage of the cool morning temperatures Monday to till the garden plot at the Extension Office location on U.S. 127. Gardeners across Clinton County have been busy in recent weeks with spring planting and garden maintenance work.
