Danny L. Malone, 76, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with criminal intent to commit kidnapping on Wednesday, June 19.

The charges stem from an incident that was reported to the Jamestown Police on June 12 in which Malone attempted to lure a 13-year-old female into his vehicle.

Malone was taken into custody by Chief Jeff Kerns without incident.
