, 89, of Byrdstown, Tennessee passed Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Pickett Care and Rehab.

She was born October 6, 1929 in Monroe, Tennessee to the late Edd Reagan and Minta Winningham Reagan. She was a member of Byrdstown First Christian Church, an LPN for 25 years.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Robbins (Judy Carol) of Byrdstown, Tennessee, Bobby Robbins (Judy Ann) of Byrdstown.

She is also surived by five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth “Ken” Harlan Robbins, two sisters Alene Davidson and Cecil Lynn ; three brothers: Carmon, Buster and Billy Reagan.

Funeral service were held Monday, July 1, 2019 at Byrdstown First Christian Church with Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Winningham VanKnoughett officiating. Burial was in the Story Cemetery.
