Russell Springs Police Department Officers Nathan Pike and Nathan Antle responded to a call just before 9 p.m. Friday, July 19. After an on scene investigation, officers located a white crystal substance consistent with methamphetamine.

As a result, Officer Pike arrested Tamara L. Conover, 42, of Russell Springs. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Blake Aultman, 36, of Greenville, Ohio, was arrested in the early morning hours Monday, July 22 by B. Dunbar. He was charged with criminal mischief first degree, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Aultman was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Jeffrey Elmore, 44, of Jamestown, was arrested Saturday, July 20 by Kentucky State Police Trooper Cornett. He was charged with fleeing or evading police first degree (on foot), failure to wear seatbelt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance-first offense, criminal mischief third degree, criminal trespass third degree, no registration receipt and no registration plates. Elmore was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
