Evie-Lee Guthrie, age 2, of Albany, was crowned Toddler Miss U.S. 2019 on July 27 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Evie-Lee is the daughter of Justin and Lessica Guthrie and granddaughter of David and Jona Guffey and Dewayne and Janet Guthrie, all of Albany.
