The grand jury convened on August 8 and returned the following indictments in open circuit court.

* Heather Bell, the alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance third degree; possession of a controlled substance first degree (Class D felony–two charges). The alleged offenses occurred on or about July 3.

* Tommy Blevins, the alleged offenses of criminal trespass first degree, possession or use of radio capable of sending or receiving police signals; no/expired registration plates (misdemeanors) and second degree burglary, Class C felony. The alleged offenses having occurred on or about July 25.

* Christy R. Chrisley, the alleged offenses of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree (Class C felony) and trafficking in marijuana (Class A misdemeanor). The alleged offenses occurring on or about July 19.

* David Stockton, the alleged offenses of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree (Class C felony), the alleged offense having occurred on or about July 19.

* Bobby Amonett, the alleged offenses of theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking or disposition (Class D felonies). The alleged offenses occurring on or about March 19.

* Debra Polston, the alleged offenses of burglary second degree (Class C felony) and criminal trespass first degree (Class A misdemeanor). The alleged offenses having occurred on or about July 25.

* Felicia Hall, the alleged offense of criminal possession of a forged instrument (Class D felony). The alleged offense occurring on or about May 28.
