School board recognizes students for achievement

The Clinton County School board recognized several students Monday night at its meeting. Pictured above are members of the school board and Superintendent Tim Parson with Jaden Mullins and Conlan Beck, two CCHS students who were recognized for passing AP exams in U.S. History. Not present at the meeting but also recognized for passing AP exams were David Guffey (Computer Science Principles) Raul Jacinto-Rangel (Computer Science Principles) and Tristan Moons (Computer Science Principles).

At left is Kassie Shelton, a CCMS student who is a published author through collaboration with her father on a book of short stories titled: Tales So Scary You Will Sleep with the Lights On.
