of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday ,September 10, 2019 at Cumberland Valley Manor in Burkesville

She was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on Sunday, December 21, 1930, the daughter of L.E. and Kathleen (Needham) Thomas. She was a member of the Burkesville First United Methodist Church, a seamstress for Sutton Shirt Corporation and a member of the Cumberland County Quilt Guild. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Lemuel Neil Baker of Burkesville, Kentucky, her sister, Neva Nell Keeton of Louisville, Kentucky as well as several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service was conducted on Thursday, September 12, 2019 in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Wilson officiating. Burial was in the Marrowbone Cemetery in Marrowbone, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to the Burkesville First United Methodist Church in Burkesville, Kentucky.
