APD September activity report

Albany Police Department has released its activity report for the month of September 2019.

During September, the department issued 41 citations for 27 violations.

The most citations issued during the month were three for reckless driving.

There were two citations each for the following: no insurance; disorderly conduct; criminal trespass; domestic violence; failure to produce insurance card; expired registration receipt; possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting arrest; menacing; driving on a suspended license; no registration plates; and alcohol intoxication.

There was one citation each for the following: criminal trespass-first degree; leaving the scene of an accident; speeding; no operator’s license; DUI; possession of methamphetamine; assault-fourth degree; trespass-second degree; public intoxication; no registration plate; violation of an EPO; resisting arrest; terroristic threatening; and failure to appear.

The APD also served three warrants during the month of September.
