, 72, of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2019 at The Medical Center-Albany

She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Clyde and Evelyn Radford Lewis, and also preceded in death by a sister, Colene Riddle, and two brothers, Robert K. Lewis and Bill Lewis.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Utz, Burkesville, Kentucky; one daughter, Jennifer Nicole Utz, Covington, Kentucky’; one sister, Virginia Riley, Burkesville Kentucky; one brother, Waymon Lewis, Dry Ridge, Kentucky.

Services were held Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Jim England officiating. Burial was in the Lewis Cemetery.

Talbott Funeral Home of Albany was in charge of arrangements.
