On Friday, November 8, Clinton County Judge/Executive, Ricky Craig signed a proclamation brought before him by the local Department for Community Based Services (DCBS) office and community partners, designating November 2019 as Adoption Awareness Month in Clinton County, Kentucky. Attending the proclamation were several case workers, case managers and therapists from the Department for Community Based Services and Community Based Interventions.Also present to witness the proclamation signing was Clinton County Sheriff Jeff Vincent.
