April Speck, Executive Director of Clinton County Industrial Development Authority presented Debbie Brown a plaque on behalf of CCIDA in appreciation of her service as a board member for eight years. Debbie served as Treasurer for CCIDA. The board would like to thank Debbie for her dedication and service.
