The Clinton County Grand Jury convened January 9 and returned several indictments in open circuit court, as follows:
* Jason L. Murphy: The alleged offenses of possession of drug paraphernalia; resident fishing without a license/permit; possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance first degree.
* Tina G. Parrigin: The alleged offense of theft of unlawful taking or disposition.
* Shyanne Parrigin: The alleged offense of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
* Jacob Wade: The alleged offense of assault in the second degree.
* Kenny Norris: The alleged offense of criminal possession of a forged instrument first degree.
* Brian Burchett: The alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance first degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property; possession of controlled substance not in original container; persistent felony offender first degree.
* Scotty Speer: The alleged offenses of possession of a controlled substance third degree; possession of controlled substances not in original container; possession of controlled substance first degree.
* Tyler Lawson: The alleged offense of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
* Joey L. Garrett: The alleged offenses of failure to maintain insurance; DUI; trafficking in a controlled substance first degree-first offense; possession of a controlled substance not in original container; two counts of possession of a controlled substance third degree; possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Matthew “Mason” Greenwalt: The alleged offenses of assault in the second degree and criminal mischief first degree.
* Daniel Duvall: The alleged offenses of failure to maintain insurance; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance first degree; no registration plates/receipt.
* Tonya Stockton: The alleged offenses of theft of motor vehicle registration plate and failure to maintain insurance.
* William J. Moore: The alleged offenses of possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance first degree and possession of marijuana.
