Jonathan Michael Zeitz, 30, Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 28, 2011 at his residence. He was a 2000 graduate of Cumberland County High School.

He is survived by his son, Michael Scott Cooper; his mother, Sarah Susan Zeitz; his father, Larry Michael Smith; four step-brothers, Jarrell Cisneros, Michael Smith, Tim Smith and Morey Dykema; two step-sisters, Marci Cisneros and Janet Sheels; grandmothers, Marie Smith and Sarah G. Zeitz; grandfather, Orlo W. Zeitz; also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
