, 86, of Albany, Kentucky and a native of Brooklyn, New York, passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at The Medical Center-Albany

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Chludzinski, of New Foundland, Pennsylvania; special caregiver, Maxine Conner, Albany; two daughters, Marianne Rich, of Pennsylvania and Lynn Weiff, of Long Island, New York; one son, Michael Chludzinski, of Hilton Head, South Carolina; one sister, Barbara Flynn, of New York; several grandchildren.

Funeral Services were private with Talbott Funeral Home of Albany in charge of arrangements.
