James E. Cooper, 77, a resident of Clinton County Care and Rehab Center, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Center. He was the son of the late Curt and Mae Cooper and a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by a brother, Lester Cooper, Albany; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Cooper and Bro. Roger McDonald officiating. Final resting place in Craig Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements made through Talbott Funeral Home of Albany.
