, 54, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was born in Burkesville, the son of the late James Howard and Linda (Cary) Graham Spears Phillips. He was of the Baptist Faith and a foreman in the concrete construction industry.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-fathers, Marvin Spears, Johnny Phillips; his step-brother, Kenny Spears; and his step-mother, Linda Graham.

He is survived by his mother, Linda (Cary) Graham Spears Phillips (Jimmy) Long; his wife, Minnie Jo Johnston Graham; his children, Melissa Lee (Brian) Franklin, all of Burkesville, Kentucky, Heather Marie Graham (Justin Sloan) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his step-son, Kyle Douglas Dugard; his siblings, Timmy Graham (and special friend) Annie Blakely, Tina Graham, all of Burkesville, Kentucky; half-sister, Amanda (Rodney) Meadows, Glasgow, Kentucky; step-brothers, Mark (Pam) White, Allen (Teresa) White, step-sister, Melinda (Frankie) Grubb, all of Glasgow, Kentucky,;several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
