Ida Juanita “Gran” Rednour, 82, of Arcadia, Indiana, passed away April 28, 2020 with her family at her side.

She was born in Cumberland City, Kentucky, to Samuel and Opal Clark Ayers. She then received her education in Clinton County Schools at Albany, Kentucky.

She married Edward Lee Rednour and together they raised two sons, Allen (Kathy) Rednour and Jeff (Kris) Rednour; two daughters, Peggy (Kenny) Geiger and Sherry (Jon) Purkey. all of Cicero, Indiana.

Additional survivors include several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Eugene Ayers; and sisters, Sallie Craig, Sue Johnson, Agnes Craig, Virginia Allen, Vonda Rednour, Kaye Lynch and Ruth Thornsberry.

Private funeral services were followed by graveside rites at Arcadia Cemetery, with Rev. Mark Knapp officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 115 West Washington Street, Suite 1180-South, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
