The Clinton County Retired Teachers Association is proud to announce that Jaden Mullins has been selected as the recipient of the first CCRTA $500.00 scholarship.

Jaden is the daughter of Wanda Conner Mullins and the late Joey Mullins.

Jaden will be attending Somerset Community College, and she plans to major in history.

Her future plans are to become a history teacher.
