Billy J. Norris, Sr., 77, of Lakewells, Florida, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020.

A native of Burkesville, Kentucky, he was a Navy veteran and retired railroad employee.

He was preceded in death by a son, Richard E. Norris, and his parents, Willard and Bonnie Norris of Burkesville, Kentucky.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Norris; a son, Billy (Leann) Norris; stepdaughter, Laura Hinton; grandchildren, Hunter and Dakota Norris. Several other family and friends also survive.

The family has chosen cremation.
