Maggie Cecil and Kenneth Martin Ballou

Maggie Cecil of Owensboro and Kenneth Martin Ballou of Burkesville would like to announce their forthcoming marriage. Maggie is the daughter of Mike and Tracy Cecil of Owensboro. Kenneth Martin is the son of Dottie Ballou and Anthony Ballou, both of Burkesville.

Kenneth Martin is the grandson of Kenneth and Stella Ballou of Burkesville, Jimmy Riddle of Albany and the late Betty Riddle and John M. Cross, both of Albany.

The wedding will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 19 at Saint Alphonsus Church in Owensboro, Kentucky.
