Hunter Shearer of Hunter’s Bar-B-Q, has long been a staple of the U.S. 127 Sale with a mobile location annually near the intersection of U.S. 127 and Ky. 90. Known for his innovative approach to every situation, Shearer brought a small window air conditioner unit to his booth this year, blowing cold air out the front and warm air just inches away from the back of the unit.

As he began initial set-up procedures last Wednesday afternoon, the NEWS caught Shearer taking advantage of the cold air side to cool off both ends in an effort to beat the heat of the day.
