A Clinton County man has been arrested by the Kentucky State Police and charged with sexual abuse against a minor.

Christopher T. Thrasher, 38, was arrested Monday, September 7, 2020 and charged on an indictment warrant that had been issued after the Clinton County Grand Jury released the indictment.

The Grand Jury charged that between March 1, 2020, and June 15, 2020, in Clinton County, Kentucky, Chris Thrasher committed the offense of sexual abuse, first degree, a Class C felony, in violation of K.R.S. 510.110, as a continuing course of conduct against a vulnerable victim, by subjecting a person less than 12 years old, to sexual contact, against the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
