It’s the time of year that all Kentucky high school basketball fans find one of the hardest to endure – that stretch between the end of football season and the start of the new basketball campaign.

For true high school basketball fans – the anticipation can be almost too much.

In an effort to give our sports fan readers – and especially those who place themselves into the catagory of “fanatic” we at the Clinton County News are proud to once again do our part to “ease your pain” with this week’s release of our annual Big Blue Preview.

Inside it you will find a host of photographs, individual profiles, coaches evalutions and team outlooks from first year- Lady Dawg Coach Darrell Thompson and sixth year Bulldog Coach Todd Messer who give some insight about the athletes who will be on the floor for this upcoming 2011-12 basketball season that we will be following through the end of March.
