Clinton County Judge/Executive Ricky Craig, front right, signed a proclamation declaring October 19-23, 2020 as “Clinton County Retired Teachers Appreciation Week.”

Craig said all of Clinton County was “thankful for the work all the retired teachers dedicated to our community and the work they continue to do even in retirement.”

Attending the proclamation signing ceremony was Ray Marcum, a Clinton County Magistrate (District 2) and a member of the Clinton County Teacher’s Association, as well as Patricia Combest, left, Vice President of the Clinton County Teacher’s Association, and Connie Armstrong, President of the Clinton County Teacher’s Association.
