Vernetta Ann Hart, 70, Richmond, Indiana and a native of Albany, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Ed and Flora Ferguson Smith and a member of Bethel Chapel.

She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Hart, Richmond, IN; a son, David (Terri) Hart, Williamsburg, IN; two daughters, Vickie (Ron) Hyer, NE; Brenda (Gary) Hoots, New Castle, IN; a brother, George Smith, Richmond, IN; also six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Doan and Mills Funeral Home in Richmond with entombment in Earlham Memorial Mausoleum. Condolences may be made at www.doan-millsfuneralhome.com.
