Dudley Alvis Gibbons, 91, Albany, passed away Monday, November 14, 2011 at Clinton County Hospital. He was the son of the late Thomas and Martha Gibbons and husband of the late Reba Hoover Gibbons.

He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Albert Gene and Charlene Gibbons, Lancaster, KY; Cleddis and Lisa Gibbons, Albany; three daughters and son-in-law, Lee Oma and Gerald Marcum; Charlotte Duncan and Tina Gibbons Polson; a sister-in-law, Barbara Southwood, all of Albany; also nine grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and one step-great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Gibbons officiating. Final resting place in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Arrangements made through Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany. Online condolences may be made at www.campbell-new.com.
