Charles Norman “Bozo” Hoover, 59, of Monticello, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020, at Wayne County Hospital.

He was the son of the late Oral Lee Hoover and was also preceded in death by two brothers, Calvin Wayne Hoover and Ernest Dale Hoover.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Clark Hoover; special friend, Sandra Daniles and little dog, Sampson; one daughter, Arden Hoover; one grandson, Alec Hoover, all of Monticello; one sister, Joanne Hoover (Tony) Stinson, Alpha, Kentucky; two brothers, Kendrick (Loretta Vaughn) Hoover, and Mitchel (Brenda) Hoover, all of Wayne County.

Services will be Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 12:00 noon at Talbott Funeral Home, with Roy Gregory officiating. Burial will be in the Davis Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 11:00 am Thursday, until time of service.

Arrangements were by Talbott Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky.
