, 86, of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at her residence in Burkesville, Kentucky.

She was born in Peytonsburg, Kentucky, the daughter of Cordis and Ellen Pruitt Long. She was of Baptist faith, a member of the Grace Union Baptist Church and a seamstress for Osh-Kosh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jewell (Charles) Jordan, Vida (Delmus) Spivey, Maydene (Don) Gray, Emogene (Don) Montgomery; brothers, Paige Long, Payne (Billie) Long, Randal (Gracie) Long.

She is survived by her husband, Franklin Spears, of Burkesville, Kentucky; son, Ben (Darlene) Spears, Burkesville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Bryan Spears, Kristen (Ben) Drazenivich.

The funeral service was conducted on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Bryant officiating.

Burial was in the Scott Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky.
