, 91, of Albany, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at his residence.

He was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict, a retired Letter Carrier with U.S. Postal Service for 30 years, a business owner, and served as Clinton County Sheriff from 1990 through 1993.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Gwen Mann.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Mann; two daughters, Dolores Mann and Carol Mann; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Private funeral services were held Friday, December, 11, 2020, with burial in the Highway Cemetery.
