Phillip Owen Dalton, 54, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, at the Medical Center-Bowling Green.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Taylor Withers.

He is survived by his parents, Joe L. and Penny Dalton; a son, Tandyn Dalton, Cookeville, Tennessee; two step-children, Tasey Hall, and Talyn Bilbrey, both of Cookeville, Tennessee; four sisters, Myra Sue (Richard) Fuquay, Laura (Joey) England, and Joanna (Bryson) Cross, all of Albany, and Lejeana Logan, of Franklin, Tennessee; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, at Talbott Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Brown officiating. Burial was in Craig Cemetery.

Talbott Funeral Home of Albany was in charge of arrangements.
