The Clinton County News recently traveled to New York, New York and made a stop at “Gound Zero” with one of Albany’s own “first responders”, Volunteer Fire Department member Michael Wilson and Julie Thrasher.

The photo above was taken at the 911 Memorial in front of the southeast corner of the south pool. This is where the South Tower of the World Trade Center Twin Towers once stood. In the background is the rising of the World Trade 1 which will be the tallest building in the USA upon completion. The Clinton County News also accompanied the couple to the Ground Zero Museum Workshop, Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, and the Statue of Liberty.
